WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are proudly located in Rhode Island. All orders will ship from this location unless pickup from the main Salon in Allston, MA is selected at checkout.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept most credit/debit cards and PayPal as forms of payment at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All KD Hair Norgplex products are final sale. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at info.kdhair@gmail.com

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer Gift Cards at this time but may in the future.

SHIPPING INFO

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. 

Please note that KD Hair Norgplex is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. In the case your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
